Always time for a brief look back at the past as long as you don't stay there!
Music is so great if you listen to all of it both old and new.
It makes you realize that through the sound of the recordings themsleves you can almost instantly identify the time period because those of us who know the business and sound, understand that it is the sound of the song that determines its chronology.
Such is the case here where just the sound of the room and the snare sound alone tell you when this song was released and what was going on musically on the radio and in the clubs at that period.
